Unhappy HS 8M flash module problem - help me!

I bought this from somebody a few days ago. When I was trying to run 'Metro' directly from the module, my platinum was suspended with an error message. So I just removed the module and pressed reset button, and the platinum was recovered. But after that, whenever I insert the module, there is an error message like this,

"Fatal Alert
DataMgr.c, Line:3362, Null
dbID passed"

I don't know how to reset the flash module(format?) because the error occurs first when I insert it. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have same problem with me?

Sounds like the module was corrupted when it was removed while there was an error. (Next time, try a reset while the module is still in...) I would contact Handspring's technical support. They might be able to give you instructions on how (if it's possible) to recover.

Smile Solved!!

1. Install Hagiwara module format program
2. Hard reset with upper button with the module in
3. Run format program and format the module

I think Handspring should provide the program like Hagiwara. Anyway, luckly I could format the module. Thanks, everyone.
