What do you use as your Datebook Program? Do you use the built-in Datebook, or the built-in Datebk+?

Do you use a third party program such as DateBk3/4/5 or Action Names?

If you use one of the built-in programs, open the program, and select from the menu options/default date book...
Make sure you currently have the currect application selected as the default program.

If you use a third party program such as DateBk3/4/5 or Action Names, it is likely the built-in DateBk+ program is causing a compatibility problem with your app. To resolve this, use a 'stub' which will make the device ignore DateBk+. This is provided with the download of DateBk3/4/5 or you can find it one on PalmGear.com

It is also a documented bug in DateBk3/4/5 that alarms on a Visor running the 3.1 operating system (visor solo, visor, visor deluxe, early platinums) will only play an alarm if the device is turned on.

Hope this helps!
