Visor Neo Allow Delete Messages

Hello:

I had a Palm M105 and I received a new Neo for Christmas. I am happy with it but it is giving me a message of allow deleting files every time I execute an application. The Palm didn't do that. The NEo is doing this messaging since I synchronized it with my desktop computer. Is this a normal operation? If I allow deleting, the applications run normal but it is a rare thing.

Can you clarify this? Everytime you tap an icon to launch an application, it's asking you if you want to delete something?

If that's the case, it certainly isn't normal behavior. Have you added any applications or hacks?

Hello:

The message comes every time I execute or exit some applications like games like Bejeweled. I only have installed in my Neo the hack Middlecaps. The other hacks like Afterburner were disable because the Neo is faster than the Palm M105 and I don't need more speed. Please, give a hint in order to solve this.

Thank you.

Jorge.

If this has been happening from the start, I'd say you have a defective unit and should return it. If it just started after working fine for a while, I would try a hard reset and start over. Don't re-install Afterburner at all.

Thanks Mike. I made the hard reset and the Neo is working flawlessly.

What has caused that malfunction?
