SPUG down?

Sorry for spamming this board..but anyone here goes to SPUG.org? have been trying to get to that board but failed to do so for many days

I did a WHOIS check (from www.hostica.com; their WHOIS lookup has been the most effective for me -- the one at whois.com fails all the time) and it appears that while there is a registry for that name, it was updated 4/27/01 and contains basically no information. (I double-checked this at networksolutions.com and copied the info below.) There is no domain associated with that name at the present time.

The Registry database contains ONLY .COM, .NET, .ORG, .EDU domains and
Registrars.

Domain not found locally, but Registry points back to local DB.
Local WHOIS DB must be out of date.
