I ordered the PDA Panache Visor stylus last week and it arrived today (before my actual Visor Deluxe which was ordered long ago). We've tried to insert it into the Visor stylus silo but it doesn't seem to snap in tightly. Any suggestions on how to do this? Do I have the concept wrong? Any hints would be useful.

Michael,
The panache does not sit flush in the visor, rather it sticks out about 1/4". Mine goes in with a snug fit just by dropping it straight down holding the visor straight up. If that doesn't work, just a slight nudge should get it to sit right.
