I hope that everyone regularly reads the software incompatibility list. I wish I had before installing the latest version (1.1b1) of EVPlugBase. It will require you to do multiple resets or worse a hard reset after it puts it in a endless reset loop. Stick with version 1.0b1 as it's a litle more stable.

Where does one get EvPlugBase 1.0b1?

I haven't had the problems you are describing with the endless reset loops. However, I often will get a fatal exception error on hotsync that fixes itself with a reset (seems to be every other sync causes the error)...though I haven't been able to narrow it down between evplugbas and launcher III.

Homer,

I also had alternating hot synch failures which should be in the archives somewhere - drove me nuts. It was EV. Do NOT download it. Launcher works fine. - M

Swendor: thanks...I'll watch for it!

MicheleB: Sure enough, evPlugBase was causing the fatal crash on every other hotsync. If I disable it before Hotsyncing, it works fine. A bit of a hassle...but it's not so bad.

when i use hackmaster, i'll have to do hard(sometimes soft) reset everytime i install a new hack/activate a hack. AFter installing the evplugbase, everything comes ok(execpt the hotsync problem.) Anyway, my BVD dead already!
