Hmmm... just waited for two and a half hours to speak to a CSR. He very quickly (under three minutes) brought up my information, and confirmed my order.

My concern was just how "matter of factly" he reamed off every bit of information on my order form, INCLUDING my credit card number,
when all I had done was give my name and phone number for identification. Maybe the wait is supposed to discourage potentially
unscrupulous individuals?!?

Two hours on hold ain't worth it for a CC#.

(I agree with you...but I doubt there is too much to be concerned with. Your CC company is responsible for improper charges which you report, and with the way people are checking their accounts any unauthorized charge would probably be caught in hours)
