Nokia 6160.

(Maybe you guys could convince them to enable the IR port in some of the North American Nokia phones?)

Bob, good to see ya here. Nokia 6190. Any future upgrades will likely remain GSM. Assuming they will be available in Canada and support the Nokia 61xx series, I will purchase a Six-Pak as soon as they're out.

Theo, I think the Nokia 61xx phones in North America aren't just IR disabled, but have no IR circuitry at all. (I'm not 100% sure however.)

How about a Nokia 6185 (SprintPCS).

When is the ETA? I want to save the money I need to spend on a memory card and invest it in a 6-pak instead...

What a killer springboard...

I've got a Sprint PCS (Qualcomm I believe is the manufacturer) Touchpoint.

But honestly, I'd probably buy any phone that supports it. Just release the darn thing.

I use the Nokia 6120 but I don't like AT&T's digital service, so I'm planning to switch to Bell Atlantic in a month or two when they merge with Vodaphone and offer affordable national one-rate service, and I'll probably get the Qualcomm slim phone.

Can't wait for the 6-Pak, by the way. But how about giving us a cellular springboard that doesn't need to plug into a cell phone?

I have a Nokia 5160. Thanks for asking.

On a slightly different note, since I know you're paying attention: In the future, how about adding (or replacing the flashing alarm with) a forward-oriented IR transmitter. It wouldn't be convenient or cost-effective to use a springboard exclusively for this purpose, but the SixPak's the module most likely to be in the Visor on a regular basis.

I'd be thrilled if the sixpack supported the Qualcomm QCP-2760. Thanks!
