Exclamation

Hey everyone! I have been visiting the site for a few months now and reading everyone's great discussion. I have been anticipating this day for a while as I got a Visor Deluxe for Christmas! It turned on fine as soon as I put the batteries in... but most of the time it will not turn on when I hit the power button. Sometimes it works fine if I turn it off and turn it righ back on, but if it's been off for a while I can't get it to come on unless I do a soft reset. Am I doing something wrong here or what? Thanks for any suggestions ahead of time!

Brad

Try a fresh set of batteries.

My prism does the same thing every now and then. I live with it because my visor has a personality and I don't want to turn it over to someone who won't respect my visor properly. My visor's innards should be a matter between me and my visor - no one else. I'd call tech support if I were you, though.

Thanks for the suggestion, Mark... I gave it a try, but unfortunately it didn't do the trick. It's still consistantly not turning on with the power button.

Think I'll just give support a call.
