If so, where, and how much did you pay for it? Sandisk lists the part as SDMB-64 in their Developers pages, but doesn't have it on their on-line store. (They also don't return emails too good)

I'm wondering if they are only for oem's right now.

Currently 64MB MMCs are only available through OEMs. There should be retail versions available soon. You may want to check out http://www.sandisk.com to see when.
