I don't know if my case is unique or a common problem but, for those that have PO boxes you might be intrested. I have my credit card bills sent to my PO box. Since UPS/FedEX/etc can't deliver to a PO box, they have to ship to either my home or office. So when ordering I have the shipping address as my home and the billing address as my PO box. The city and zip codes of these are different. It seems that Handspring got them goofed up.

Anyone else with a similar problem?
