Question

Anyone have any information here? I know we're all pretty much pro-Visor in this forum, but I think we'd all benefit from a discussion of the pros and cons of each product.
Off the top of my head I can't even think of *anything* made for the IIIx expansion slot.

Much thanks!

Ben

Hey, I use IIIx and I'm neutral-to-pro Palm!

I havn't seen too many Palm Add-ons (are there any slot type things?). There is the GoVox voice recorder (this I wanna get!)
I have seen also an Palm-to-GSM adapter for some celluar phones. There are also modems etc.

It looks like Visor has already a wider range now, and probably much more in the future.

If you want to keep all possible future options open you should go with Visor. But it makes sense to have a IIIx to play with while you are on hold ordering your Visor.

The expansion slot for the IIIx is internal, i.e. you must take the case apart to access it. The only use for it that I know of currently is to expand the memory of the IIIx from 4MB to 8MB.
http://www.handspring.com will make clear how different the Visor's slot is.
