Addresses in MS Word

I'd like to use the Palm macros in MS Word to mail merge my addresses etc. But I can't work out how to extract the data from the Palm Desktop - I found one mention of it on www.palm.com, suggesting hi-lighting the addresses, and dragging to the Word icon in the lower right of the Palm Desktop. I can't see any such icon!

I'm using Palm Desktop 4.0.1 downloaded from Handspring.

thanks!

Worst Case Scenario is.....

You unload palm desktop and set it up again but to go to Outlook this time. Then you can export it to files or use it directly in MS Office.

I don't use Palm Desktop so I won't be much help there. I use the Outlook conduits and find that it does a very nice job.

Thanks, but that's not much use if I don't use Outlook. Which I don't!

Any other thoughts, anyone?

OK, I finally sussed this one - right click the item on the Palm Desktop, click Send To, and then MS Word (or Excel), and the macro kicks in, allowing formatting of the addresses or whatever. Nice!
