Does your computer tend to restart suddenly after you put your Visor in the USB cradle? I think it has something to do with the way the contacts come together. This is very weird. I had to reinstall windows yesterday because when i put the visor in on its cradle, it restarted the comp. and erased some system files. Now I put my vxd in BEFORE i start the computer.

This same thing was happening to me also. I set my visor in the cradle, and all of a sudden my computer shuts off. Very strange. I set it in and then turned my computer, and I seem to be able to take it in and out of the cradle now.
