Well I called Sprint to ask them about this. Call lasted about 30 minutes talk time. Heres the jist. The digital link can be setup to foward all incoming calls to a normal sprintpcs cell on your account. So both of these can share a number. To use it in general theres a $5 extra fee, this web minutes fee lets you use your normal minutes to go online via the digital link. As the digital link is just like the visorphone(ignore the gsm shnit) it is a cell phone, you can just change to it like you would if you changed phones with your sprintpcs account. This process from my experience(did it twice) took about 1hour to get everything settled, including the minibrowser working again. As for when its available, the guy, Paco I think it was, said that it should be out by the end of the month, and that it is currently on backorder. I suspect hes telling the truth about both, but really doesn't have a clue about the backorder issue since we all know it never was actually available for sale. Also, he tells me ALL visors will work with the digital link. As I am a deluxe user(maybe pro soon) I respond to this with a HELL YEAH! Also, and this I really like, the digital link can be tested at any sprintpcs store once it goes on sale. Hope this info will help.
On another note, anyone know if that kingston or whoever makes it keypad for the visorphone that lets you make calls when its out of the visor will work with the airprime(digital link)?
