I'm not using my wireless modem as much as i wanted too. It's just too slow and time consuming for use. I was wondering if it was possible to de activate my service and maybe sell my modem on ebay or something? anyone do this? I emailed yada yada but they never got back to me.

Hate to bombard you with legalese, but I read their terms of service completely before I signed up... here are some important issues:

F. Disabling Services.

If Member bypasses or disables any portion of the On-line Services or software, including, without limitation, the blocking of cookies, then Member's use of the On-line Services will be subject to immediate termination without notice. Termination of the On-line Services will not excuse Member from any criminal or other civil liabilities that may result from his or her actions. YadaYada reserves the right to suspend or terminate the On-line Services and nothing herein serves to limit such right. If Member's Service is terminated he or she will be unable to access any messages in Member's YadaYada email account or any other of the other Services.

G. Accessing YadaYada Services.

Member is responsible for obtaining and maintaining, at his or her own expense, all input/output devices or equipment (such as modems, terminal equipment, computer equipment and software) and communications services necessary to access the On-line Services and for ensuring such equipment and services are compatible with YadaYada's requirements.

H. Use of YadaYada Account

.... Member may not transfer or permit any other person to use his or her YadaYada account. Member may not use more than one login session at a time, even if Member maintains more than one YadaYada account.

I. No Resale of YadaYada Services and YadaYada Site.

The YadaYada Services are for personal use of registered users only and may not, without explicit authorization from YadaYada be copied, resold, leased, transferred, exchanged or bartered.
