Unhappy

I was one of the early orders on the Visor and have had no problems with it until today.
I go to turn the unit on and it seems like the on/off switch is not registering properly. I have to push very hard for the unit to turn on.

Has anyone else had this problem? How long does it take for Handspring to fix a problem-unit. I'm tempted to open it up, but haven't yet. Any other suggestions? Thank you.

This may not be a practical solution, but you may want to try a hard reset. I had a problem with mine only turning on if I held it down for a couple of seconds. Well while hot syncing this morning I made the mistake of trying to browse the internet at the same time. My Visor froze and after trying a soft reset, I performed a hard reset. I have to go home and transfer everything back to my Visor now, oh well. At least it fixed my power button problem.
