Can anyone please let me have the circuit diagram of a Visor usb hotsync cable so that I can try to make one myself.

I even went as far as to look there and I didn't see any schematics. Anybody have other ideas for Bud?

It's there. At this location.

If you're at the main developer's page, click on the "Getting Started" link, then click on the "Get the Development Kit" link, then download the "Development Kit manual (Release 1.0)".

Section III, Chapter 1 and 2.

You might also want to download the mechanical information located here.
