Get the Sony if you don't mind having 8MB and using Memsticks and not having to expand it further. Plugging it into your computer makes it look like a removable disk icon on the desktop so you can just drag files onto it. Great price for hi-res too, unless you need more .

Since it's a slim & shiny device too, you can probably get people to part more of their money to you when it's time for you to sell it.

The expandability of the Edge just contradicts with the slimness of its design If you're sure you don't need to expand the thing, then get the Edge.
