Is it possible to hotsync via the IR-port from Visor Prism to an Toshiba Satellite 200CDS? Do I need a special software to make this work? Or, is it just a question about setup preferences and in that case, what changes shall I do and where?

Read pages 183-186 of the Prism User's Guide (located on the Handspring CD) for details on how to perform an IR HotSync. It explains how to setup both the Visor and Windows.
