Thumbs up

Because I don't like being linited to the onboard 64 megs of the Soundsgood unit, I've been looking at the Innogear Minijam. Just checked back with the site and they've dropped to 149.00 for the 32mg version and 199.00 for 64mg. Just saved myself a few bucks.

YEEEEEHAH!

Now that is sweet -- I have about 3 - 64mb MMC cards for my standalone that I could now use on the 149.00 version Minijam -- its great for those who have MMC's sitting around. How much is their 96mb version? I couldnt find it?

Ben,

But is that a 64 card and a 32card? I dont think there are 96mb cards on the market are there?

Boy it will be nice when the 128mb's are available (as long as they are not too expensive)

Can other headphones be used with the Minijam?
Or can you only use the ones that come with it?
Now that its cheaper I may get one!

It uses a standard headphone jack, so normal headphones will work with it.

Sorry - still not biting.

No way. The whole reason that I'm so pissed about Good not supporting Mac is that I think the form factor of the MiniJam is horrid. That, and the fact that after hearing all the horror stories about InnoGear on these boards, you couldn't convince me to buy a newspaper from them, let alone a $200 springboard module.

Expandability is nice, but I want to be able to fit it into the leather case I spent $40 on. So until Good supports Mac or InnoGear gets their sh*t together, I'll stick to minidisc.

Exclamation InnoGear has the worst Tech support

I bought an Innopak 2V and now it has problems. I called them to know what was their warranty policy and they don't have a clue. I called 3 times and they keep saying that they will send me a fax. I contacted Amazon.com and they suggested not to buy a product from them if they don't know have a clear policy (but it was too late, I've already bought it) They don't know how to do business and I don't think it is a good idea to buy products from developers than turn their back on you. Thanks God, Amazon.com are taking responsability on this issue and they are sending me a new Innopak 2V at no extra charge.

I would wait for the new version of SG2(yes, the SoundGood 2). It is not out yet and there is no confirmation about it but I'm a predicting an SG2 with MC capability, and not as fat as the MiniJam(Mini? are you kidding me).

acajigas,

Sounds like an AMAZON Issue not InnoGear -- Amazon should know what the return polocies are -- like when you go to Staples they tell you Software is unreturnable if opened and hardware is 15 days - then you need to deal with the manufacture. Amazon is the one who just wants your bucks but not your problems. Did you ever call Innogears customer service?

How is it Amazon's problem that InnoGear has no idea what their warranty policy is? If you look, he called them 3 times. Amazon return polices and an Innogear warranty have nothing to do with eachother.
