Has anyone got the Stowaway Keyboard to work with the
Prism? No mather what i do, it tries to hotsync everytime
i attach the prism to the kb. It then will not let me
do anything unless i detach the prism.

I use my Stowaway on my Prism every other day... no probs at all. Well, I did bend one of the closing clasps.

Have you downloaded the latest drivers for the KB? Perhaps that might help it. Otherwise, sorry, I am not much help.

The Visor (any model) must be OFF before attaching it. If it's ON, it can initiate a hotsync due to the way the handheld determines the presence of a cradle or keyboard device.

Plus, when you attach the Stowaway to the Visor when the Visor is on, you can corrupt the keyboard driver and have to reload it.

Cool

Does the Prism use the same Stowaway as the other Visors, or is there a separate version because the Prism is thicker?

Nope, the Prism is compatible with the Visor/Deluxe/Platinum stowaway. It's thicker, but the connector is exactly the same. No such luck with the Edge (New connector,) although I think I read in another thread that Targus will be coming out with an Edge-compatible Stowaway this summer.
