Unhappy

Help!! I purchased the Rhinoskin Ti Slider for my VDX, and it's definitely a great case. However, I am not completely happy with the way the VDX fits in the case. The VDX fits in one side of the case, and is surrounded by neoprene, but the visor isn't actually "secured" to the case. The neoprene doesn't provide a snug enough fit to keep the visor from falling out of the case. I know this might sound a little silly, but I work out in the field quite a bit, and when I open the case, I'd like to know that I don't have to worry about my Visor tumbling to the ground if I'm not holding the case perfectly upright. I've had a couple of close calls already, and I'm scrambling for a solution. I tried a little piece of velcro on the back of the visor, and I thought I'd found the solution, but this is actually too thick - the case doesn't shut quite right. Has anyone else had this probelm, and if so, what solutions have you reached??? It's great to know that when the case is closed my visor is definitely protected, but I hate having to worry about dropping the unit every time I open the case...

Sorry to hear about your failed velcro solution.

I have the Ti Slider and use velcro. It has worked fine for me since December.

It causes the top of the case to not quite shut, but we're taling a fraction of an inch. When I put the case in my pocket, it shuts completely.

Maybe you can try find a thinner brand of velcro.
