Question

The link is broken to the the VisorCentral software incompatibility list. Please bring it back!

I received my Visor today (5 weeks, 3 days), and am ready to get started...

Question

The Software Incompatibility List page has been down for awhile. Any idea when this list will be available again?

Thanks for all your hardwork in maintaining this site!

Regards,
David

We are working on bringing the SIL back right now. Hopefully it will be back online sometime this week.

SO... ...
Is it really that difficult to re-type the link that is broken?; or at worst, re-type the incompatibility list?
OR ... ...
Are we looking at the possibility that there will be no more list because someone is threatening to sue, or such?????

The list will came back and we are currently working on it.

Sure it would be easy to get it up quickly if it was just a text list, but the new list is sql driven with auto submission, voting, and commments.

VisorCentral's http://www.visorcentral.com/silindex.php3 incompatibility listis finally online again.

You can now confirm software incompatibilites and leave comments, in addition to easily add new software conflicts.

Yes, but your comments only show up if you click on the product. Example: Handscape 1.01 is not compatible and under "FIXED" it says "NO", yet it is fixed with version 2.01.

frasej,

Only a Visorcentral staff member can upgrade a program to "fixed" status. We daily read through all the comments on the SIL list and if we find a post that states that the problem has been corrected in a newer version, we make the change.

Happy New Year!

Marcus
