First sync with Outlook

Need some advise:
A co-worker of mine has just purchased a new laptop and wants to install all of his syncing software from his previous laptop onto the new one and sync w/outlook using Chapura pocket mirror pro software as he has been currently doing for sometime on his old laptop.
So his question is:
If he installs the Palm desktop software and Chapura Pocket Mirror Pro on his new laptop and then performs a hotsync with "handheld overwrites desktop" will everything that is currently on his Visor Pro sync properly to his laptop with all of the folder specifics from Outlook on the Visor to his new laptop?

I think this will work, but it's been so long since I did it I can't remember the details.

To be safe, after installing PM Pro and before syncing, I would double-check all the settings on the PC via the Chapura Settings app. Also, read through the PM Pro FAQ's beforehand.

Thanks Mark,

It's been soo long since owning a Visor Pro, I almost forgot what it looks like! I never have cared much to use Outlook let alone syncing it with the long history of HS products I've owned.

And don't forget to use that backup module in case the "this overwirtes that" setting is incorrect.
