I don't know if i had exactly the same error, but i was also not able to get into the file menu on my Visor.

Maybe i can help you: If you have any other Launchers on your Visor (especially MegaLauncher, but also SilverScreen), delete them. For deleting them, go to the MegaLauncher file manager and delete its files. Do a soft reset and it should work again.

On my Visor it was MegaLauncher 2.3 which caused the error i think. Also Filez didn't work then (got the same error message).

I think I may have not had the 8 meg RAM module properly seated. I'm not sure...I deleted, moved, etc. a bunch of files and suddenly...it's working again!
