Anyone know why when I reply to a post, the number of responses increases by one, but I can't actually see my reply?

Yes, and not only that, but I can come back here a couple hours later and it still isn't there.

I am having a similar problem. When I check a thread that I have not read, the newest replies on that read do not show up. I have to go "back" and then check the thread again. Once I do that all replies show up.
