Full Charge

Would like to wade in on this one: Had one of the AC and Car chargers a few years ago while I was travelling. Loved not having to buy so many batteries, just plug it in after a day at the hospital, or using the GPS module to navigate in a new city and not having to worry about losing power before I got to my destination. Problem is, sometime during a move, it got lost or misplaced. So, where do I get another one ordered? Would like to know soonest, as am going to be travelling again.
