A pdb is just a Palm data file. How you view it depends on what application it was created for. If it is a ThinkDB database, then ThinkDB is the application to use.

On a PC, datafiles have file extensions that give you a clue as to what application they are intended for. On the Palm, all datafiles have the same pdb extension. Usually the site that you download it from will tell you the application you need to view it.
