wireless communiction advice needed!

Me and three friends of mine all have Visor handhelds. What we want to be
able to do is to talk/chat, and possibly multiplayer game a little. We all
work in the same office, and our cubicles are roughly 50 ft. apart. We are
needing some type of wireless springboard module that will enable this. I
have looked at Bluetooth, but I am not sure the range is there. More than
around 100ft. would be better, and we're not concerned about communicating with
anything besides other PDA's. What is a good solution to this? We're not
wanting to pay an arm and a led either. Thanx for any help you can
provide!!
