Neo vs. m125/m105

Just a quick question:

I'm trying to decide between the Neo and m125 as a Christmas present for someone. I've got most of the features figured out, but am wondering about the processor. I couldn't find any documentation on what speed the processor in the Palms are.

So, the Neo has a 33MHz, what do the Palms have?

The Palm m125 has a 33 mHz dragonball VZ processor.
