I've been going along just fine. I've had my Visor Deluxe since November without a problem. I sync several times per day with my laptop and the serial cradle.
After successfully syncing a few times this morning . . . all of a sudden . . . nothing! Now, when I press the HotSync button on the cradle, the HotSync Progress box pops up on the desktop with its "Connecting with handheld" message. The Visor reads "Identifying User." Eventually, the Visor indicates that the connection was lost. Go figure . . .
I've tried a soft reset, verified connections, rebooted, yadda, yadda, yadda . . . Any thoughts?
