You need to keep in mind the general rule about flash memory (such as those found in the InnoPak/2V, the 8MB Flash Module, or, for your Palm-centric users, the flash memory on some Palm models):
Appllications that have data that changes should not be moved to flash. And, if the application self-modifies itself, it should be on the Visor and not in flash. In general (there are some apps/data that don't follow this rule).
In your case, you mentioned games and eBooks-- most games I've seen have a prefs/data file. The game itself could be moved to flash but their preference/data files should remain in the Visor. eBooks-- the app and the doc files for the most part could be moved to flash, but if the doc reader has a preference file, I'd leave it on the Visor.
And don't forget one of the underrated use of flash memory-- a place to back up your core Visor data files! (on my old Palm III, my back up core data files in flash has saved my bacon more than once).
