Platinum or Neo?

I am not a power user, just need a basic portable PIM. I have used the Visor Solo since it came out and have been perfectly happy with it. However, I dropped it, the screen broke, and Handspring sent me an $85.00 replacement that is not working after 7 days.

So? I'm planning on getting my money back and buy either a Neo or Platinum at Staples with the $40.00 coupon for a $160.00 purchase; $200.00 is my absolute "top price". Which is the better buy for the money? Neo or Platinum? From what I have read on this web site, the two models are essentially the same except that the Neo cover "smudges" and the Silver Platinum paint wears off. Any other differences or suggestions?

Neo has the fast lookup application for address I think. That might be a plus.
