I've been using sidekick for some years and have the latest vesion -SideKick99.

Most things seem OK with it but I cannot seem to get addresses to synch between sidekick and visor. Telephone numbers seem to be OK.

I've tried re-mapping and stuff but nothing seems to work.

Incidently, I am synching simultaneously with a rexPro and it seems to get the addresses OK.

I have the same problem. Did you ever figure anything out, because I am ready to return my visor. I prefer it to the palm pilot, but I need to be able to download my sidekick date at least once and sidekick tech support will not help me.
