Avantgo & flash springboard?

Is anyone out there running Avantgo out of a flash springboard? I am tight on memory, an if I have to devote 400k+ to Avantgo, I won't have squat left over for channels.

i�m using avantgo with the thinmodem+ out of my home, running it from the internal flash.
no problems.

I have Avantgo on my Thinmodem+ (for use with a landline) and on my 8 MB flash module (for use with my StarTac), but I keep the databases in the internal memory. Since the databases are re-writable, I'm unclear as to whether they have to stay in the internal memory or if you can put them on a module (answers, anyone?).
