I miss the old VisorCentral

I have been a member for VC since about February 2000. I remember back then VC was a warm and fuzzy place where its members posts were appreciated and responded to. Emails that were sent in was almost always answered within 24 hours. Fast forward to November 2001 and this is what we get from VC:

1. No response to posts about site (see my Where is the Stock Ticker Post)

2. Windows Media Player 7 feed that prevents devotees such as myself to enjoy the contents of the site fully.

3. No response to email being sent it (see VC Do you hate me post).

4. Bias information (see the memplug vs Kopsis/CF threads)

What is going on? I want my VC back!

1) I thought I made a comment reggarding the stock tracker a while back... But yes we are looking into getting it back, and offering a personalization feature for it. Unfortuently some other projects got in the way, but we will get around to it.

2) WMP is our current choice of streaming. QT was ok, but had a very small installed userbase. We might be able to both formats for the next big event.

3) While we like to help our members as much as possible, we don't often have the resources to help with password problems etc. We will try to get better though.

4) I disagree. Michael intended to comment on that the MemPlug was the only module available in stores, and the issue has been laid to rest. We try to stay as objective as possible in news coverage, but reviews, in addition to being informative are expressions of personal opinions (I like that, hate that etc) and of course bias (predetermined prefences) will be reflected.
