Unhappy

Hi,
I received my Visor 2 weeks ago and have yet to figure out how to hook up serial cable.
I only have 2 com ports (com1 is for my serial mouse and com2 is for my internal modem).
I've physically hooked up my serial cradle to Com2, but the software won't accept it.
What can I do?
I have a Pentium 133 running Windows98.
Thanks for ANY help,
Paula

OK, let me see if I can help. You have 2 serial ports, right? I don't think you can have your modem and cradle using the same COM port. You may have to go into your BIOS and change the COM setting. You can access your BIOS when you boot your machine. Watch the text when you boot to see how. My machine says to hit "DEL", for instance.

My best advice would be to use the search function for more information. It's possible someone can help you more than I. In fact, I would guarantee it. Best of Luck!
