Prism and Soundgood = trouble

Am having trouble with my Soundsgood module and my new Prism. When I try to connect to the Good Desktop with my Prism I get an error message and have to reset. I was using my Soundsgood with my old VDX (RIP).
Any suggestions?
Do I need to uninstall my Good desktop and then reinstall it?
Thanks,
Michael

As long as you are using the same identification name, I would not think so, but I have found that it often helps to re-install such things when making any sort of upgrade.

Check to be sure you have the newest versions for both Palm's and Soundsgood's desktops and reinstall as needed.

Thought I had.
Error message was:

Fatal Alert
FttDriver.c, Line:569,
SysLibFind (usbLibName)
Failed

So am I missing a Library?
