Hi, I just got a Visor Deluxe, and I've been trying out the OmniRemote program. It's worked pretty well, except today I started it up and it tells me: "Another program is blocking the serial port. Check other IR programs on the Pilot. Check the Prefs program, make sure Serial/IR is set to Cradle." Well, I don't have any other IR apps on my Visor, and it doesn't have a Serial/IR option for me to check, so I'm kind of clueless... any ideas of how to fix this?

Try a soft reset. That usually releases the serial port. If you're using a GoType! or Stowaway keyboard, disable the driver as well.
