Within a week of my complaint that one of their distributers prices for repairs/replacements was way too expensive, Handspring contacted them and gave them an adjusted price list!!

Way to go Handspring! I heard about their great customer service from here and other messageboards. I know first hand now that it's true.

They've just got another loyal customer in me!
