Sorting

Hi,
I just got my Visor and I'm using the palm desktop ver.4.1
I see that in address book I have two options to sort the categories.By Name and by Company.
My question is:
Is there any way to get more "sort by" options, so that I can create my own subcategories ?
Is it possible to alter the header that currently has "Names" and "Company" at the top to something different?
Is there possibly a software addon or plugin available to give me more options like that?
