I recently called customer service so get my scratched visor screen replaced. It took about 10 minutes from the time i called to the time i hung up and this is after calling to #s. I was on hold at both for only a few seconds at 300 eastern time. Just wonderful. I just hope the replacement comes with the alloted 3-10 day time frame.
