Flicking On Screen

I am a beginner of using palm. When I use it I saw some flicking on the screen. It more visible when I use the mega launher. What is the problem. Is the hardware problem or is normal.
What I can do to overcome this. It seem annoying when using this. Got any patch for this? Plz help me thankz.

Do you use hacks?

Hey do you use hacks? If so you can get a hack that allows you to patch the os in order to increase the refresh rate of the screen and get rid of the flicker. This does not always work however. Look up smudge on palmgear you should find the hack. I don't know what it is called as I have not had a greyscale palm in a while.

Hack

Yup, I use X-master in my PDA. I have gone to palmgear to search for the patch but I din fine it. Can u all find for me and also give me the name of the patch so I can find also. Thanz

I have the same problem sometimes when i go to Prefs. I also use XMaster so if u could find the hack it would be greatly appriciated. thank you

I found two...

Hey,

I hope these help. The first one is a hack that can be run using
X-master. The second one is a DA which is run through X-master witha DA launcher. DA's are small programs that run with a DA launcher. They are pretty cool. Go to google and type in DA's for palm or look on palmgear under software and find the Desk Accesory tab. Got IT

Hei I found one step tat can fixed the flickering. First you must use afterburn. U can either enable it not off it. Then u configure the open. If u use X-master hack then u open X-master n highlight afterburn then click configure on the bottom then it will open afterburn configuration. Inside afterburn then click "norm" the "ok". Then the flick will gone. It works in my edge. Hope it work ur PDA also.

I�ve noticed that the screen flickers when you�re under a flourescent tube, does it flicker all the time?
