OK Guy's let's make it official. Let's create an European Visor Club.

In this thread we've indentified a couple of european Visor users: http://discussion.visorcentral.com/...TML/000872.html
jack, sweden
ToolkiT, the Netherlands
Goyena, Germany
Mtel, denmark
popete, spain
Ludo, france
Goyena's wife, french but lives in Germany (I assume)
agoldfish, UK

When we have 50 members I will setup a web-page. When we have 100 members I will organize a meeting somewhere in Europe...

Ok, what are the rules? pretty easy, there is no membeshipfee but you have to be friendly/welcome to any other EVC-member whenever they are around. (that means like helping to find a fellow member a place to stay when they are in your country, offer them some food etc.) basically your normal behaviour.

You become member by posting your (user)name
location and age here...
I'll Be the first one:
Toolkit, Amsterdam The Netherlands, 26.

Ronster, IVD, Duesseldorf, ordered 10/19/99, received 1/4/2000.

I know of another BVD owner in Duesseldorf - I'll ask her to register, too.

Visor (standard with PZip) belongs to my wife
Yes, she lives in Germany, comes from Montbrison, France.

Blurb: !PZip unzips on the fly and can save you up to 50%!

I'll ask my colleague here...I got him a Graphite Deluxe through a friend.

Must be another Visor owner in Deutschland around somewhere. I saw a BVD up for sale on www.ricardo.de for 900DEM!!! 500-600 US $!!!

I am in, too, but I don't have a Visor, because I cannot order one !
This "stop" on international orders is just ridiculous !

Hi there,

Chalk me up as another European Visor User..Deluxe Ice Blue. Works great on the machine at home. Still waiting for the serial cable for work...discovered the hard way that the USB connection will not work with Windows 95.

Tag, Erik. Are you willing to trust people you don't know? If so, guck mal naeher...

My colleague ordered a graphite deluxe through one of my friends in the States. (unfortunately had to pay 40 DEM at the Zollamt, but that's another story) This friend is coming to visit me at the end of February. If you want, I can put you in touch with him. German credit cards works...just put the billing address same as the American shipping address.

Donna's last email a few days ago said that Handspring should be operational here in the first Quartal of 2000, so whatever you decide to do, you shouldn't have long to wait.

See my thread "International Orders" on the "Ordering and Shipping" forum.

I've just had an email from Donna Dubinski - no less - which states:

"... we hope to open in the UK in April ..."

We live in hope.

Hi Guys!

I want to join!

James, Vienna.AT, 26, Graphite

We've just got seven Vdx's for our office in Vienna, they're great! We're looking for a way to get more of them to Europe, we need at least 15 Vdx's more.
Does anyone know, when the first Bluetooth module will be out?

best regards, James
