Question

Okay, let me understand this correctly.

a. I can take COLOR photos with a Visor Deluxe, even if the Deluxe is not a color model? I can just select the setting to "large color" and I'm set to go?

b. Considering that the Deluxe is 4-bit and the Platinum and Prism are 16-bit (okay, maybe it's 4-bit to 8-bit, or 8-bit to 16-bit)... does THIS affect the final photo output at all, or just the ability to be able to view photos "nicer-ly" on your Visor's screen?

Thanks!

a) TRUE.

b) The viewing is the only thing different. If you were to sync images from a VDX and a Platinum over to JPG files on your PC, they'd be of the same quality.

Many eyemodule owners complain of how dark their pictures look on the Visor.

Consider that there is no true "white" on any monochrome Visor's screen. Knowing that, crank your contrast setting to about 1/4 from the left, and all eyemodule pictures will appear "brighter" on the Visor screen.

This only affects what you see when viewing them on the Visor. It won't affect how the pictures appear on your PC.
