How do I keep the same folders in Outlook when I hotsync? ie. Friends, family, business, etc. Yes I did go under Conduit Manager and toggle on "Map handheld category to Outlooks "Category" fields.

When I sync Outlook contacts with my addresses it puts everything in "Unfiled"
Sometimes double entries. Any help would be appreciated.
