The power button has lost some of its tactile feel when I use it to turn the unit on and off. The button must also be depressed for a couple of seconds before my Visor starts or turns off.

Anyone else have this problem?

I am on my second Visor from Handspring (the first one was replaced due to cracks in the case).

I have a had a somewhat similar problem.

My button must bepressed on the green dot side, not on the left edge. Pressing on the left edge has no effect unless I presss extremely hard. Pushing on the right, green-dit edge requires no extra effort to turn the device on and off.

When I got my Visor last year the power button gradually lost it's feel and I had to press hard to get it on and off. I resorted to using a pen stroke to turn it off and pressing one of the four other buttons to turn it on. I dismantled it (not recommended) to find a broken piece of glass between the power button and the metal contacts. It's worked fine ever since.
