Unhappy Beaming Problems

I am a new user, and recently purchased a visor deluxe. I am able to beam to other handhelds, but when I try to recieve, I get the
"beam interrupted" message.

Any hints??

The distance between both PDAs could be the cause. Try to distance the PDAs atleast a foot apart.

Hope this helps.

FYI

Also check to see if you have, "Beam Receive" turned on. You can do this in the Preferences > General menu.

Keeping this option causes an increase in battery usage. Once the file is transferred, turn off beaming to conserve power.
