Help! Coldsync!
I suddenly can't hotsync anymore � my PC and Visor Deluxe can't communicate. I guess it must be the hotsync cradle/cable, but I'd rather be sure before I go out and purchase a new one. Does anyone know of anyway to test the cradle/cable (besides trying to sync) that would confirm that it's the cradle/cable that's the problem and not the configuration or some other problem?

Two things to try. First, do a soft reset of the Visor. Second, clean the contacts on both the cradle and the handheld with a cotton tip and some rubbing alcohol.

Hmm... thanks for the suggestion. Didn't work, so I guess it must be the cradle. Don't know how that happened all of a sudden...
